Before making a reservation, we recommend reading these Terms and Conditions carefully. The conditions on this page regulate the car rental services provided in Venice, Venice Marco Polo Airport, Treviso Canova Airport and other available locations.

1. Booking and Confirmation

A reservation can be made online through our website or through our contact channels. Vehicle availability and booking confirmation are subject to the availability of the requested vehicle category. Customers must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation.

2. Driver Requirements

The driver must meet the age and driving licence requirements applicable to the rental. A valid driving licence and any required documents must be presented when collecting the vehicle. Requirements may vary depending on the vehicle category.

3. Payment

Payment can be made using the payment methods available for the selected booking, including debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay, where applicable. Payment conditions are displayed during the booking process.

4. Security Deposit

Depending on the vehicle category and rental conditions, a security deposit may be required. The applicable amount is communicated before the booking is confirmed. The deposit is returned at the end of the rental according to the applicable conditions, following the necessary vehicle checks.

5. Vehicle Pickup and Return

The vehicle must be collected and returned at the location, date and time specified in the reservation. Any changes to the agreed schedule should be communicated as soon as possible. Delays, out-of-hours returns or unauthorized changes may result in additional charges.

6. Vehicle Condition and Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period and must use it in accordance with Italian law and the applicable rental conditions. The vehicle must be returned in the agreed condition, taking normal wear and tear into account.

7. Fuel, Fines and Tolls

The customer is responsible for fuel costs, motorway tolls, fines, penalties and other costs resulting from the use of the vehicle during the rental period, according to the applicable rental conditions.

8. Cancellation

Cancellation conditions depend on the rate selected when making the reservation. Where applicable, customers may cancel their reservation free of charge within the period specified in the selected rate conditions.

9. Insurance and Additional Services

Available insurance coverage and additional services may vary depending on the vehicle and selected rate. Before confirming the reservation, customers can review the included coverage and any available additional options.

10. Changes to a Reservation

Any changes to the rental dates, times, pickup location, return location or vehicle category should be communicated in advance and are subject to availability. Changes may result in a modification of the rental price.

11. Vehicle Use

The vehicle must be used lawfully and in accordance with the rental conditions. The vehicle may not be used for illegal activities, racing, competitions or any other unauthorized purpose.

12. Information and Customer Support

For any questions regarding your reservation, vehicle or rental conditions, customers can contact us before or during the rental period. Our team is available to provide assistance and information regarding the rental service.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated when necessary. The conditions applicable to each rental are those accepted by the customer at the time the reservation is confirmed.
